الحلول الشرعية للمشاكل الزوجية

تعاني الأسرة المسلمة في العصر الحالي من مشاكل وصعوبات معيشية قد تعصف بأمن الأسرة وتماسكها، بل وربما أدى ذلك للفرقة بين الأبوين، وتفكك البيت، وضياع مستقبل الأولاد.
وفي هذه الدراسة التي تناقش أهم أسباب تلك المشاكل الزوجية وكيفية التعامل معها، يحاول الكاتب حصر تلك المشاكل واستيقاء أهم أسبابها، ودوافعها، وعوامل تفتيت تلك المشاكل اعتمادًا على هدي الكتاب والسنة، يقول الكاتب :
كانت هذه الدراسة من واقع خبرتي في الدعوة لأكثر من 25 سنة في الاستماع والاجتماع لحل المشاكل الزوجية لأصحاب المشاكل من الزوجين ووضع الحلول الشرعية لها مع النظر للعرف والتقاليد والحالة النفسية لأصحاب كل مشكلة على حدة وقد أصبح عندي حصيلة من أهم المشاكل وحلولها جمعت أهمها على سبيل المثال في هذه الرسالة وجعلت عنوانها "الحلول الشرعية للمشاكل الزوجية.

وقد قام الكاتب دراسته لأربع أقسام على النحو التالي :

القسم الأول: قواعد عامة لحل المشاكل الزوجية.
القسم الثاني: مشاكل يتسبب فيها الزوج ووسائل حلها.
القسم الثالث: مشاكل تتسبب فيها الزوجة ووسائل حلها.
القسم الرابع: مشاكل يتسبب فيها الزوجان وحلولها.

يناول مشاكل معاصرة يكثر الحاجة إليها في الوقت المعاصر، وتهدم أركان البيت المسلم، والتي من أهمها على سبيل المثال :
عجز الرجل على الإنفاق على أهله، أو تلفظه بالطلاق بمناسبة وغير مناسبة، إهمال أحد الزوجين لنظافته الشخصية والجسدية، سوء أخلاق الزوج إمام الزوجة وأفراد أسرته.... ووضع بعض الحلول العملية لكيفية مواجهة تلك المشاكل.

اسأله سبحانه أن يكتب لهذه الدراسة القبول وتكون خير عون لدوام السعادة وعلاج المشاكل الزوجية والحياة الأسرية عموماً.. والله من وراء القصد وهو يهدي السبيل، والحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام علي النبي الأمين - صلي الله عليه وسلم - وعلي آله وصحبه أجمعين.
